Feetspls

Copyright and takedowns

Last updated 21 October 2026

The short version

Feetspls does not host video files. Every video on this site is played from the server of the site it came from, using that site's own player or a direct link to their file. We hold a title, some tags, and a thumbnail. That is all.

This matters for takedowns. If a clip should not be here, you can send a notice to us and we will remove it. You can also go straight to the site hosting the file, which will usually be faster and fixes it everywhere at once.

Where the files actually live

Every video page lists its source. Right now the only source is RedGifs, so the file is served from RedGifs' servers. Removing a clip there removes it here.

As more sources are added, this page will list them. The source name is always shown on the video page itself.

How to send a notice

Email is fastest. Send to dmca@feetspls.com. You can also write to the postal address below.

Please include the video URL from this site, and the URL of the original if you have it.

What your notice needs to contain

To be effective under Section 512(c)(3) of the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act, a notice should include all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorised to act for them.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
  3. The URL on this site of the material you want removed, specific enough for us to find it.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them, under penalty of perjury.

Notices missing any of these still get looked at, but a complete notice is much easier to action.

What happens next

We aim to act within a few business days. When a notice is accepted we unpublish the video, which removes it from the site immediately. If the clip is still on the source site, we will also point you there.

Videos are unpublished rather than deleted where possible, so if the position changes the clip can come back without losing its place.

If you think we removed it wrongly

You can send a counter-notice to the same address. It should identify the video, state that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and give your name, address, and telephone number, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of a US federal court.

If we receive a valid counter-notice we will restore the video within 10 to 14 business days, unless the original complainant tells us they have filed a court action.

Repeat infringers

We keep a record of every notice received. Where the same source repeatedly produces clips that are the subject of valid notices, we stop using that source. Where the same uploader is repeatedly responsible, we treat their clips with more scrutiny and can exclude them entirely.

In practice most notices here will point at the upstream host rather than at us, because we are not the ones serving the file.

Thumbnails

Thumbnails are the one thing we do copy. They are stored on our own storage so that the grid loads quickly and consistently. A thumbnail is removed along with its video when a notice is actioned.

Designated agent

The person to address a notice to is:

DMCA Agent, Feetspls
[street address]
[city, state, postcode]
United States
dmca@feetspls.com

This agent is registered with the United States Copyright Office under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

Standard technical measures

We do not use digital rights management and do not alter the files we play. Where a source applies its own technical measures, we respect them and do not strip or bypass them.
